Hi! 

My name is Veronica Fossa and this gastronomic journey is my personal project. I like defining myself a wannabe food entrepreneur in search for exciting food experiences and like-minded gastronomical encounters. 

I strongly believe that good and honest food should be accessible to everybody.  As part of this belief my ambition is to share the work and passion of food producers, chefs and foodies alike who might never become five-stars Michelin chefs, own the most famous food store in town or run the most renowned food produce business in Europe but still are worth a visit for their commitment and passion to their work.

I am currently based in Copenhagen, the capital of the New Nordic Food trend and not only, working for Silver.Spoon, one of the most innovative concepts around food worldwide.
